Major Responsibilities:
- Perform daily tasks required for business operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service while efficiently processing the necessary information.
- Create work order tickets and closely collaborate with technicians.
- Maintain communication with customers to provide updates on repair progress.
- Foster effective communication within Autow’s management team.
- Ability to comprehend technician notes and parts information is a plus.
- Accurate data entry of performed repairs.
Job Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge in service or maintenance department is an advantage.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
